I really like how my workspace structure and git work well together: 
$ tree -L 1 ~/Repositories
/Users/jubianchi/Repositories

And then in ~/.gitconfig:

Easy switching keys, GPG and others configs. This plus CLAUDE.md at each levels to enforce different rules.
