how do you backup your local claude code memory?

it's all plain markdown in ~/.claude/projects/<project>/memory/ so a private git repo works, you can also ask claude itself to backup your local claude code memory at the end of each day but may I ask what is the use case?
Use case if I loose my laptop, I don't want to loose my Claude memory. 😊

there's an official one 🔥 set
autoMemoryDirectory in the project's .claude/settings.local.json to a folder in icloud or dropbox and it syncs itself. new laptop, same line, memory's back 😅 https://code.claude.com/docs/en/memory#storage-location
