what's the biggest pain of the process of finding a new job?

Filtering on particular criteria (lunch voucher, does the team release everyday, does the team use CI, …)

this information usually comes in an interview or you would like to have this information beforehand?

Ideally I’d like to filter the company by this information right away, so I don’t loose time entering a 5 meeting process to realize the state of the tech in the company don’t suit my criteria, I know some company don’t like to share anything so might be complicated to always gather.
