ok so I built a little triage agent on top of our ticketing app and our standups are way better now
you dump a messy thought into it → it cleans it up, opens the GitHub issue, slaps labels on it, and gives it story points. done.
nobody’s sitting in standup anymore writing tickets or arguing whether something’s a 3 or a 5. we just talk about what’s actually being worked on right now, then everyone goes back to building.
