Test Driven Development the Right Way by Diego Aguiar. I need periodical refreshers for this.

I can't speak for Diego, but, if you are attending the conference, the workshop holders are usually around. At the very least you can talk with them and get pointers, or slides, so you could self practice. It is worth a shot to get in touch for sure.
