What I think a lot of us miss is that building or writing the code is THE LEARNING experience. Yes, there are some tools out there that offers to quiz you on the changes done by your agent but this is much more similar with old ways of teaching in school. Here is the thing: it does not work. First once you and your team have adopted AI the pressure to deliver more and more increases. To be able to answer good questions about the code changes means you have time to spend to understand each piece of the code. Even so I think for more people there is a fatigue after a way to keep reading code written by agents. I see it myself that after a couple of commits/staged commits I have to force myself more and more to stay on reading the code. And the more it happens the harder it is. I know there are people who don't read the code anymore in any way. This is for not them :) I have projects where I don't read the code anymore and I have clients or parts of the projects where I have to read it. It is a spectrum. Currently we need tools and processes for all.

Of course the perspective changes if the learning is moved one level up. That means the learning is now not about the code but about the product.
