Spent my own time today refining the search UI for a product at the company I founded, working with AI: separating full-text reading from results, making navigation clearer, and fixing mobile interactions.
The biggest lesson: passing tests and having no overflow doesn't mean the UI makes sense. Even an arrow can point users toward the wrong action.
