A few months ago, I built DevTools, a developer utility toolkit using Electron. After using it for a while, I realized the experience could be much better. So I redesigned the entire UI and rewrote the app in Tauri. It’s now lighter, faster, and much nicer to use. The website got a complete redesign too!
It runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. If you use DevUtils or similar free or paid tools, give DevTools a try. It’s free and open source, and I hope it earns a spot in your workflow!
There’s also an AI metadata cleaner, something I personally need regularly. I think this one could be useful to plenty of people, whether you’re a developer or not.

this actually looks really well made, I like the website though I might still need to look more into the app's functionality, if it's not electron my disk will thanks you, one less chromium living on it 😅 how big is the download now compared to the electron one ?
