At Indexed where I work we use Jira for project management. Combined with Claude, we created a skill that helps setting status, comments and even (sometimes more important) creates new issues for the stuff that the agent returns as "while doing X, I spotted Y". That way we don't miss out on findings because didn't read all the output.
