Here's a skill I've had so much use of lately:
Well, not exactly a skill, but at least something thats referenced in the CLAUDE.md
## Create an issue for anything you choose NOT to do If something comes up along the way that you decide not to address—whether it is out of scope, blocked, requires a product decision, is intentionally deferred, or is too large for the current task—then **create an issue or sub-issue for it**. A mention in the chat does not count: chat messages disappear, but an issue persists. **Perform your own review first.** The issue should contain your investigation and a reasoned recommendation, rather than just an open question. State what you discovered, why you chose not to address it, what the available options are, and what you recommend. This also applies to findings that aren't necessarily "decisions," but simply work you decided to leave aside: non-blocking review feedback, cleanup tasks you opted against to avoid expanding the scope of a branch, or latent bugs you stumbled upon while looking at something else.
