Query parameters now carry through 301Ping short links.
When a short link is opened with query parameters, such as
those parameters are passed to the destination URL automatically.
What this means in practice:
• Campaign tracking (UTM tags) survives the redirect.
• A single short link can serve multiple campaigns and channels.
• Referral and personalization parameters reach the destination intact.
• No configuration is required.
Previously, each tracking variation called for its own short link. Now you create one link and append the parameters you need.
A URL shortener should simplify your links without discarding the data you rely on.
