It seems like you get 10 a day and you can turn them on in the settings. Also, I think it's a pastry where the dev is from.
Yeah, got it on, but trying to dig into deeper meaning of it. I guess the sentiment towards dev local cuisine resolves one dimension of it. Whether there's a plan for it to mean anything deeper on the platform still stays beyond me. 😁
Yep, @mybuddyandrew has the gist. Pastéis mode is in Settings, Profile, and you get 10 a day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. One click gives one pastel, and unlike stars you can pile several onto the same commit. They don't notify anyone or touch Trending.
