I would not allow Tom to go out on the web. I think keeping it on domain knowledge should be more than enough. good insight into the user base would be cool. I saw earlier @neoighodaro asking about users in Nigeria. this is good knowledge for Tom, I think
He already has that knowledge, but he's too strict in his tool calling as strictly speaking he only knows people's Github location and can't say they are "Nigerian", only that they're located in "Nigeria". So that's some decision-making tweaks I gotta do.
