Why are most jobs in Montreal either hybrid or on-site? 100% remote is rare in Quebec. In the rest of Canada, it's common, but unfortunately, employers rarely hire Quebecers.

I really don't get it either, Munich has some 5 days in office jobs, which as a dev I don't understand at all
