there are cheap usable Arduino sets for around 25-35 bucks which have a servo or two and some additional stuff. Or your local Hackerspace/Fablab has a box of them for members

i’m in ghana so i don’t really know where i’d get one around here. i’m planning to look around, but i’ve already checked aliexpress and the prices look decent
