Python 3.15's lazy imports are great. Load modules only when first used.

so it parses the file (and their related code) only when the code is actually used? if yes, php lazy loads imports too

It compiles the main code and creates a placeholder for the module. If the code execution hits something from the module, it either loads it from cached bytecode or it compiles the module in realtime.
