I am using claude code to do most of my development tasks. I stopped reviewing code and instead I ask the claude to give me a summary of what has been done so far. Is this a good approach? How you all see this?

No, the summary comes from the same one who wrote the code 😅
at least give the diff to a fresh session and ask it to find bugs
