Using a populated, versioned PROMPTS.md file has become an established synchronisation mechanism for me — bridging the gap between work and home for my side projects. I’ve definitely been creating fewer GitHub issues since I started doing this.

The PROMPTS.md just collects the tasks that come to my mind over the whole day. At home, where my local AI setup and capabilities are more sophisticated, it's then just a Git pull from the related repo and a prompt to let the accumulated tasks being worked off. It works quite well for me. Although, one could certainly delegate this to the cloud — though I don’t have any experience with that yet.
