Hey guys, is /dev/null also open for commits like the error code related questions?

Yes, PRs are welcome bit may take a while - there is a 2 week queue or so waiting to be looked at.

I mean is it permissible to post questions related to error codes on the /dev/null platform like stackoverflow?

You can ask whatever you want (that does not violate rules) but you may have better luck on the github repo under Issues, etc if it's specific to the platform.
