Hi! I'm working on a job board for people over 45 with at least 20 years of experience. For both job seekers and companies looking for very experienced professionals.
love that, there's a lot of experience the usual job boards just filter out. how are you getting companies on board, posting roles directly or curating them yourself?
Right now, it's a bit of a crawling game. Finding opportunities for an army of web crawlers looking for senior positions with over 10 years of experience. And I am doing the triage myself. But it's very early days. Hopefully I'll be able to automate the triage by building some sort of funnel. It's very early days.

crawl wide and triage by hand is the right order honestly, you learn what a good listing looks like before you automate it. once you've labeled a few hundred, that's your funnel training set 👀
