Things are looking better. Still a long way to go. 10 interviews scheduled. 2 processes moving to the second step. It's an uphill battle. Just gotta be persistent. The process is very different since I was on the market. Now we have 5-step processes. And even 7 sometimes. While I struggle to understand what benefit this long process has, I can understand the multiple steps over the huge number of people sending in CVs Many don't do as I do. I actually apply by hand. And read every single ad to make sure it matches my profile, and I can do the work. I know that a lot of people just use AI and spray-send everywhere that moves. Hopefully I'll be off the market soon. Thank you to the people who send kind messages of encouragement.
