refactor(php): composable business rules using the Specification Pattern & first-class callables 📐 Instead of bloating entities with complex boolean evaluation methods, chaining discrete Specification classes with and(), or(), and not() makes business logic reusable across both domain models and query scopes. Clean, decoupled, and trivial to unit test.
