refactor(php): composable business validation using the Specification Pattern & first-class callables 📐 Instead of polluting domain models with sprawling boolean predicates, chaining discrete Specification classes with and(), or(), and not() makes business invariants reusable across request validation and database query scopes alike. Pure, decoupled, and trivial to unit test.
