How are you liking the SI force on the salesforce side? Dealing with it on the ServiceNow side and the internal tooling just isn't the greatest. Haven't touched Salesforce deep enough to know the tooling available.
Contrary to what many people say, I believe they are pushing on the right direction, for example they own slack, and depending on the licencing you have access to the data almost OOB with Slackbot, and is stunning for the customers.
The agentforce stuff is cool, you can really build agents easliy and surface them with their self-hosted MCPs and add them to Slack as well. I implemented Data Cloud and you can use it as the context layer for everything you do through APIs or MCPs.
They has been producing a lot of Cli's for automation, actually is what am doing right now, like building a CI with agents in the loop.

interesting. SN is going the opposite direction it seems just throwing AI into all the SKUs and jacking up the prices for customers and forcing AI on them. Not so much building CLI tools that can be useful. THey have their SDK for development but it still has a lot of growth that…
