wrote a skill to summarise and record standup notes so i don't get sidetracked in technical details and stick to covering just the bulet points. Does add notes for intereting problems, blockers and details as well
Too many times i focus on a few tasks completed and completely forget about multiple other impactful items because its early and I haven't refilled my cafefeine tank yet! 😂
