git branch -D / Pruning: The Time Variance Authority dropping a reset charge on a defective timeline because you caused a Nexus Event.
git revert: Doctor Strange using the Time Stone to rewind a catastrophic production outage while silently judging your life choices.
merge conflict: Spider-Man No Way Home. Three different variants of the same logic show up in the exact same file at the exact same line, and you have to sit there manually deciding which Peter Parker gets to stay.
git stash: The Quantum Realm. Hiding your half-baked work in a pocket dimension where time doesn't matter so you can switch tasks without facing your mistakes.
git fork: Doctor Doom creating Battleworld. Taking a snapshot of a dying repository, severing ties with upstream, and declaring yourself the supreme maintainer of a new universe.
