A good prompt should tell the agent where to look, provide context & goals, and tell the agent the definition of "done".

Yeah, that works for a lot of cases too, just in my experience the more I give it, the better it does the first time around. Iterating is useful when it's exploring something new, but most of my product work is already well-scoped so the agent is just the typist really.
