How often does a user profile here get updated? Like the bio, or the company one works for? Doesn't seem to happen trough a webhook or push event. Is it a poll?

Nuno is live streaming and he mentioned that they aren't using reverb or any realtime tech and instead is all polling.
Got it. Maybe then it'd make sense to request a resync, instead of polling all the profiles all the time? Like, I just edited it on github, I can imagine then going to my profile here to "request resync". Right?

I should've stayed there. I heard him talking about a "more menu", next to the "github button" on the profile page. I think a better place for the "going live" button might be the user menu on the bottom left. No need for another menu :)
