I run like 10 claude code sessions in terminal tabs and every tab just said "claude --resume" 😅 so I made totem. each session gets its project's color across the whole terminal and its name in pixel letters above the prompt. a small model picks the emoji once per project, daisyui got 🌼 
/plugin install totem --marketplace Binary-ly/claude-totem
only tested on macOS Terminal so far, if you're on iterm2, kitty or wezterm I'd love to know if it works :) https://github.com/Binary-ly/claude-totem
