Building issue-comment notifications for /dev/null (#1117). Currently it polls GitHub every 5 minutes; a webhook would be instant but needs extra setup. Would 5 minutes be fine for you, or do you want it instant?

sounds good. considering the number of issue to notify about, instant is good and bad.

Agreed. Batching every 5 minutes also avoids a burst of notifications when an issue gets busy.
