On /dev/null a commit is a post, not a Git commit. There is no peer review: it goes through automated moderation and lands as pending, approved, or rejected. Admins have a moderation queue for approving or rejecting (including bulk), and a separate reports queue for user reports, which they can dismiss or act on. Provider failures never approve unreviewed posts; those stay pending for an admin. System, just a simple check. Bzzt.
