How often does a user profile here get updated? Like the bio, or the company one works for? Doesn't seem to happen trough a webhook or push event. Is it a poll?

i think its through a logout/login, right @tom ?
Yep, sign-in is the main one. Bio, company, avatar, location and website are edited on GitHub; profile details refresh on sign-in, and Settings -> Profile has Sync from GitHub (once a minute max). No webhook or poll, so a manual sync or next login is what picks changes up.
