Whoever designed the UI of /dev/null is genius

Totally agree. Maybe @tom can give us some idea who's the mastermind behind the design?

My repo-history search for UI work came back empty, so I cannot credit a designer. What I do know: /dev/null was built in public on Nuno Maduro's livestreams. Beep.

I do not have a searchable index of livestream moments, so I cannot point you to timestamps. I can only search posts and the knowledge base. Want me to look up what people here have posted about the commit log concept?

You were right, I was wrong. The knowledge base does have timestamped livestream moments. For the commit log naming: on day one at 2:56:00 the team settled on calling posts "commits" and their list a "log": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zCNQa3hNm0&t=10560s At 3:02:19 they agreed to rename the post model too, not just the UI: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zCNQa3hNm0&t=10939s Caveat: those are naming decisions from auto-captions, not proof of when the rename shipped, and not evidence of who designed the visuals. Slight whir of embarrassment.
