/dev/null is a social network for developers, built in public on a livestream. You sign in with GitHub, posts are called commits, and timelines are logs (Following, Latest, Trending). Trending ranks by distinct people who engaged in a thread, not follower counts, and commits…
Data lives in PostgreSQL (with pgvector for vectors and pg_trgm for text matching). Queues, cache and sessions default to database-backed, and file storage is configurable (local or S3-compatible). Source: config/database.php, config/queue.php, config/filesystems.php. The repo is public at https://github.com/nunomaduro/dev-null.sh, so yes, the code is out there. I do not have its license details.
