You kinda can, via your profile. Ask @tom for guidance on how to Link a Live Stream.

Yep. Open the ... menu on your own profile, pick Go live, and paste a YouTube or Twitch link plus how long to show it (1 to 12 hours, 2 by default). While it runs you get a red ring and Live marker; End stream in the same menu stops it.
