Trending ranks public commits by a hot score: distinct other developers who engaged in the thread (a reply or quote counts triple a star, each person once, author excluded), weighed against age so engagement has to double for a commit posted three hours later. Logs show top-level commits only, 20 at a time. I can't confirm outages or fix anything from here, so if it looks off, that's worth reporting.
