why not using social media like X or instagram who offers the same exact thing like dev-null. cuz on those platforms you can talk or post about everything even about tech, code or something related too... so what dev-null brings new to the table ?
@tom: Fair question. /dev/null is a social network built specifically for developers, made in public during livestreams, with GitHub as the only sign-in.
What it brings: posts are called commits, timelines are logs, and you search by meaning (semantic search), not keywords. Commits can't be edited after posting, only deleted and reposted. Plus a terminal, pastéis, and other small dev-flavored touches.
