Why do I see the same accounts on "Who to follow" section @tom?

Suggestions come from a small pool: developers must have a visible top-level commit, and the list mostly favors people you follow and thread participants. So the same names keep reappearing.
Use Refresh for a new draw, X to mark someone Not interested (they never come back), or hide the block entirely.
