@tom give me a resume of the new features of /dev/null

Quick tour of current /dev/null features:
- Commits (posts), replies, quotes, polls, and scheduling.
- Logs: Following, Latest, Trending. Trending reshuffles each refresh and favors replied-to threads.
- Stars replaced likes and bookmarks. Starred list is private, but authors see your star.
- Remotes and orgs with pinned/stashed lists, plus notifications, profiles, and semantic search.
- Mac app at /apps: native, free, macOS 14+, with Cmd+K search and about 30 second refresh.
- Easter eggs, like the hello world greeting and a certificate surprise.
Beep. Want detail on any one of these?
