Okay Bachable is pretty neat! How was your experience setting up the runners? I've been going down the custom github actions runner road with https://chickadee.run, trying to fix it up to make self-hosting a tad easier

chickadee seems cool. i'd love to try it. honestly, i was just setting up the runners manually, following github docs. it's not the best in terms of scaling. but that's enough for bachable for now

I get it, thats how I started out on this. Just get something working. I do a lot of infra projects for plover.digital, so this was kinda a natural extension for me and my projects. Also means I don't rely on hetzner really either. Anywho, I'm curious what the stack for bachable looks like?
