π New Open Source Release: Chart Builder!
Because apparently I can't build something without eventually turning it into a reusable package. π
Just released Chart Builder, an open-source package for Laravel 13, PHP 8.5, Inertia, and React.
The idea is simple: define your charts in PHP, let the frontend handle the pretty stuff, and stop reinventing the wheel every time you need a dashboard.
A few goodies packed in:
π Multiple chart types powered by ECharts
π§ PHP-first chart definitions
ποΈ SQL-backed and prepared datasets
ποΈ Built-in filters and data aggregation
π₯ CSV and image exports
π Dark mode support
𧩠Pluggable rendering adapters
It's an early v0.1.0 release, MIT licensed, and very much open to feedback, contributions, and the occasional "why on earth did you do it this way?" π
If you're working with Laravel, Inertia, and React, give it a look!
