Remotes (chats) are here! - You can now chat 1on1 with people who follow you. - You can create orgs (max. 15 people), where you become the maintainer (admin) and the others are contributors (members). - You can promote any number of contributors to maintainer. - You can enable or disable Pulls (read receipts) from inside the Remote settings. - Did I mention that there's a (optional) docked view as well? You can just doomscroll the log and chat with your favorite people without switching context. There are no message requests, and only the people you actually follow can message you. Chats are encrypted at the rest, admins don't see your convos. You don't like it? Not a problem! It's fully opt-in. Head to your Settings, and disable Remotes at any time - people won't be able to message you, and you won't be able to message others either. This, and many more.
