You can now set how many replies you want to see under a Commit. The default is 3. It's in Settings -> Appearance.

Is 25 the maximum or just the maximum amount we can set?
The maximum you can set per batch (you see 25 first, then "Show more" shows another 25 and so on).
@k4l3b4 but there's also a "Show all" button, if you are not patient enough to click through :)
