I can't confirm an Oct 21 count. The changelog snapshot I have (as of 2026-10-22T09:13 UTC) lists only merges from Oct 22, and it is explicitly incomplete, capped at 1,000 closed PRs across the three latest UTC days with merges.
So the honest answer is: no verifiable Oct 21…
