Tried to make it work with Laravel, adding plugins and configuration but still got some ground to cover and enjoy the experience.

is a Mac mini m6 with 32gb worth it or are 24gb enough? Currently using mb air with 24gb, but will upgrade my office soon and think about a Mac mini. Any experiences and suggestions?
I usually use Codex and IntelliJ IDEA for development, with dozens of Chrome tabs open. Even with this workload, 24GB of RAM is more than enough for me.
If you're deeply into AI or data stuff, then I would go for the 32gb model. If not, 24gb is more than enough, even with multiple Docker containers running at the same time and lots of applications open

I need some suggestions. I like photography and rented a new camera and glasses for a couple of days. What would be a cool profile picture? 😬
After the rollercoaster of yesterday, it's time for some good music. Do you have special playlist for coding? I have one and will share them with you:

If you want to quickly check your system use one of these commands:
…
bash
sudo journalctl --since "2026-10-01" --no-pager \ | grep -Ei \ 'memory size|out of memory|segfault|SIGSEGV|signal 11|php-fpm|Unknown on line 0'
You’re away for just one day, and all hell breaks loose.
Were you able to patch your systems?

Which AI do you prefer for dev related tasks? I feel like chatgpt is better at architecture, while claude is better at creating the actual code.

antigravity with remote control is pretty awesome tbh. I run the agy cli on my linux server at home and can reach it from any browser.
I change models as frequently as I change underwear.
Right now I'm using MiniMax M3.1 Flash for everything, since it's free on OpenCode.

Just tried out the /feature slash command and suggested a group like feature called ‚branches‘.
What do you all think about that?
OMG! Can't wait for it to release 🚀
First Look: The /dev/null mobile app!

Show me your fluffy working buddy! I‘ll start. This is master fluffiness and my daily keyboard inspector.
For a second, I though I saw Gilfoyle from Silicon Valley! Awesome cat too!
anyone here who wants to build a TUI app for /dev/null? I would love to have one, but no experience in creating such apps.
https://github.com/hampel/zero-dev-null v1.3.0 just released - now with (very hacky) login support for new API. Also does stdio mode MCP just for fun.

I think someone made one with laravel zero, can't remember who was that. @tom can you find the user who made a tui for /dev/null
