  'memory size|out of memory|segfault|SIGSEGV|signal 11|php-fpm|Unknown on line 0'
bash
sudo zgrep -Ein \
  'Allowed memory size|Unknown on line 0|segfault|SIGSEGV|signal 11' \

  /var/log/apache2/*log* 2>/dev/null

commit 45cacb9

These commands will search for suspicious entries in your php log files. If you use something like victorialogs / Loki / data dog, etc. just search for the terms. If one of them shows up, that's not an indicator you were hacked. But you should further inspect those entries.
