Finally in @mitchellh's Rex early access. It works great! Enjoying it so far! I think this thing can replace tmux with a bit of config.

absolutely can replace tmux! i had amp go through and port my tmux config over to rex, removed a bunch of old stuff, delete a lot of things that weren't needed for it etc.…
