Finally have found the right words about what bothers me with AI.
It is non-deterministic, and clashes with my programmer love for determinism and idempotency.

Would you love it if you turned the temperature all the way down to 0 so that the same prompt always results in the same answer?
I would, and I am sure I am not the only one. Cause that's what you would expect in theory but practice is quite different.

yeah, i have used it for some very specific use cases before. sometimes you just want it to be varied though, especially if you are ideating.
