No. BUT there might be e.g. some debugging setups configured, that are practically useful for other project members. I'd solve this differently though if that is the case; an optional project included script that could configure it for you perhaps.

See, that's my problem with this directory: it's partially personal, partially team. But I keep putting files on an "Uncomittable" changelist for this reason... Maybe I will remove the the files on the uncommitable list from VCS and add in .gitignore, that could be my hint...
