Here's one possibility with just 4: - PM with tech background, business analyst, knows how to work stakeholders - UI/UX/devops/automation with backend experience, vision, knows how to deliver - 2 data/backend/automation devs, know how to scale/orchestrate data pipelines and get the best performance possible all focus on what's best for users' needs/mission. all focused on automation, security, usability, devx, quality/verification, positive feedback loops. Assumes a large org with an established design system or established design language, otherwise a 5th person that's dedicated to design/UX is needed. Assumes infrastructure is in place or provided by org, otherwise a 6th person focused ok ops/infra/security.
